Volunteer Login Hours

There are not enough ways to say thank you for the ways in which you enhance the lives of the people of the DPD.  One of the things that makes the DPD such an outstanding organization is it's Volunteer Program.  We count what we value, so tracking is recognition that volunteer time is important to both us and for the process of accreditation which recognizes our excellence.

►There are 2 ways to report your volunteer time. 

1. On-Line  - Complete the information on the form below.
2. Hard Copy - Fill out a hard copy form at the home or program you are volunteering at or where your friend lives.
