Community Emergency Support (CES)-Passaic programs offer homeless prevention and rapid re-housing programs to assist families to prevent potential homelessness or transition from a state of homelessness to Passaic County Residents. The program offers clients a “one stop access” to comprehensive housing stabilization services including: case management services to assist households with successful linkage to government entitlements; housing search and placement; and short and medium term financial assistance individuals and families at imminent risk of homeless with limited or no other resources available; linkage to basic essential services like food and clothing from our Father English Community Center (FECC) Consumer Choice Pantry and clothing boutique. CES-Passaic programs host and variety of different funding programs to ensure adequate resources are available for households that are facing eviction through no fault of their own and lack the appropriate resources to resolve the hardship. Clients can call the CES Programs for a confidential appointment to determine eligibility.
